It is located on the outskirts of Buxtehude which is abeautiful city in the outskirts of Hamburg. The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment building, the dedicated parking space is directly behind the house. The shower room and the kitchen are new, modern and elegantly equipped. The entire apartment has a uniform, high-quality flooring. The window elements in the combined living room and bedroom are floor-deep (approx. 2.30 m high), which means that a lot of sunlight shines in and the apartment is very bright and friendly. A separate storage room with several shelves is located in the entrance area. The apartment is particularly suitable for singles. A cleaning service can be organized on request. € 50 will be charged for cleaning the apartment. The Hanseatic city of Buxtehude is an independent municipality on the southern edge of the area called "Altes Land" in the district of Stade.. With around 40,000 inhabitants, Buxtehude is the second largest city in the district of Stade. Buxtehude is located in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region. Larger companies such as Unilever and Bacardi as well as Airbus Operations are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 1.5 km away). It is approximately 25 minutes (17 km) to the Airbus site in Hamburg. Buxtehude´s train station is around 5 minutes away by car (around 3 km). From here you can get directly to Hamburg by Subway (S3 or S31) or s specific short distance train called "Metronohm" (without changing trains). The old town of Buxtehude can be reached in about 5 minutes by car (distance to the apartment about 3km). Die Fensterelemente im kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafraum sind bodentief (Höhe circa 2,30 m), wodurch viel Sonnenlicht einstrahlt und die Wohnung dadurch sehr hell und freundlich ist. Ein abgetrennter Abstellraum mit mehreren Regalen befindet sich im Eingangsbereich. Die Wohnung ist besonders gut für Singles geeignet. Auf Wunsch kann ein Reinigungsservice organisiert werden.
