Grocery stores, bakery (football star Jürgen Klinsmann's brother!) etc. are a short walk away. So are restaurants and cafés. The place is right next to a nature reserve, which makes for great runs or walks. It is super quiet as it is right at the end of a dead-end street. A petting zoo for kids is a 2min walk away. Location: The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood in Stuttgart-Botnang literally next to the nature reserve and the woods at the end of a dead-end. The U-Bahn lines U2 and U29 are less than 5min away and take you into the city center in about 10min. To reach the army bases you can take a bus or if you have a car, it's just a short car ride via a shortcut through the neighbourhood. It's an ideal fit for two people but we have in the past also rented it to families of 3 or 4 people. Pets are allowed upon request. On the upper floor, it has: - one master bedroom, - one big bathroom with a laundry machine and a bathtub/shower - lots of storage space On the lower floor, it has: - a kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, plates, pots,... - storage room - a separate guest toilet - big living / dining room with a corner workspace and a comfortable sleeper couch that sleeps an additional two people (been used as a proper bed in the past) - 2 big balconies facing different directions for even more sun It also comes with: - underground personal parking garage (separate garage just for you) and free street parking - a basement for storage if needed - a playground and petting zoo in the neighbourhood if you have kids - we can also offer you additional mattresses if needed _ Willkommen in unserem luxuriösen Penthouse.
