Our lovingly furnished 4-room flat is located just a few steps from the market square, nestled in the tranquillity of the Main-Taunus district (between Frankfurt and Wiesbaden). With optimal connections to the transport network, both the S-Bahn and various shopping facilities are within walking distance. The motorway is just a stone's throw away, as are the green expanses of the Vordertaunus, which can be reached within minutes by car. (Frankfurt Airport is a 15-minute drive away) As owners, we spend the summer in the Allgäu and would like to have lodgers who treat our flat with the same care and love as we do our temporary home in the Allgäu. You can expect a fully furnished and equipped flat on the top floor of a 3-party old building with a listed façade, consisting of: - Living room with couch and TV (approx. 12.5 m²) - Dining room/lounge with dining table for 6 people (approx. 16 m²) - Large kitchen (approx. 9 m²) - Office with two height-adjustable desks (approx. 11 m²) - Bedroom (approx. 9 m²) - Bathroom with bathtub and shower wall (approx. 5 m²) In total: 80m² Special highlights: - Including all additional costs (electricity, gas, WLAN, rubbish etc.) - Cleaning fairy every 14 days for flat and stairwell - Pleasant neighbourhood: family (1st floor), doctor's surgery (ground floor) - Pets are generally allowed by arrangement We are preferably looking for a couple or business people who are looking for a cosy and practical place to stay during the week and return to their main residence at the weekend.
