We are a family with two children of primary school age who will be living in Brussels for a longer period of time from October 2023. For this reason, we are renting out our furnished condominium in one of Dresden's most beautiful districts - Striesen/Blasewitz. Ideal for families looking for temporary accommodation or for companies providing temporary housing for their employees. EQUIPMENT The flat has an area of 125 sqm and covers the entire floor on the raised ground floor of a house with four parties. It has 4 rooms plus a large eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a spacious hallway. Some rooms are decorated with stucco, most of them have parquet flooring. There are two terraces (east and west side) and the possibility to use the garden communally. Bicycle parking spaces are available in the courtyard and parking spaces on the street, mostly directly in front of the house. The flat is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, thermostats and internet flat rate. Basic furniture such as beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs and sofas are available - details can be arranged. LOCATION The quiet and green surroundings with high air quality and low noise level are very relaxing. AUSSTATTUNG Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von 125qm und umfasst die komplette Etage im Hochparterre eines Hauses mit vier Parteien. Sie verfügt über 4 Zimmer plus eine große Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen großzügigen Flur. Einige Zimmer sind mit Stuck verziert, in den meisten ist Parkett verlegt. Es gibt zwei Terrassen (Ost- und Westseite) und die Möglichkeit, den Garten gemeinschaftlich zu nutzen.
