Hallo zusammen, Aus privaten Gründen vermiete ich meine gemütliche vollmöblierte Wohnung in Mannheim zur Zwischenmiete. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Hier findest du Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck. Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, verfügt das Wohnzimmer über eine gemütliche (ausziehbare!) Couch, einen Fernseher und einen Essbereich. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes und sehr gemütliches Boxspringbett, paar Komoden und ein großer Kleiderschrank. Lage Die Haltestelle Neckarstraße befindet sich fast vor der Haustür. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man innerhalb 15 min in der Innenstadt. Für die Autofahrer ist die Lage auch perfekt, da man innerhalb der wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn ist. Sonstiges Die Wohnung wird von 15.12. bis Mitte Feb an eine ordentliche und gewissenhafte Person (Nichtraucher) untervermietet werden (kürzerer Zeitraum wäre auch möglich). Gerne auch an ein Pärchen. Als WG eignet sich diese Wohnung leider nicht. Was das genaue Ein- bzw. Auszugsdatum angeht bin ich flexibel. Alle Möbel und sonstige Alltagsgegenstände (Geschirr, Töpfe, ...) stehen dem Zwischenmieter zur Verfügung. Hi everybody, For professional reasons I rent my comfortable, fully furnished apartment in Mannheim for interim rent. The kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, kettle, dishes and cutlery. As you can see on the pictures, the living room has a comfortable (extendable!) couch, a TV and a dining area. In the bedroom there is a large and very comfortable box spring bed, a few drawers and a large wardrobe. Location The bus stop Neckarstraße is almost in front of the door. By tram you can reach the city centre within 15 minutes. The location is also perfect for car drivers, as you are on the motorway within a few minutes. Miscellaneous The apartment is to be sublet from mir of DEC till mid/end of February to an orderly and conscientious person (non-smoker). Gladly also to a couple. Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable as a shared flat. I am flexible as far as the exact moving in or moving out date is concerned. All furniture and other everyday objects (dishes, pots, ...) are at the disposal of the interim tenant.
