Dopo alcuni mesi di stand-by, dovuto al perfezionamento delle pratiche burocratiche ed agli ultimissimi ritocchi interni, abbiamo deciso di pubblicare questa villa in villa per la gioia delle persone che avranno la fortuna di abitarci. Villa Loriana, questo il nome dell'immobile che ospita la nostra villa, è composta da altre 3 unità immobiliari, una al piano nobile di grande metratura (già venduto) e due appartamenti più piccoli (di cui uno venduto) con la loro entrata indipendente. Le foto che ci accompagneranno nella nostra breve descrizione, non lasciano dubbi alla maestosità di questa villa nella villa. Ci accoglie una scala monumentale a tenaglia che ci invita nella grande terrazza da ricevimento con l'ingresso padronale gestito anche da domotica. La terrazza, leggermente rialzata rispetto al piano terra, è delimitata da uno zoccolo inferiore ove poggiano i balaustri (tutti rigorosamente restaurati o ricostruiti) e la cimasa (corrimano superiore) che è l'elemento continuo che sormonta le colonnine di cui prima. Molto bella la pavimentazione a rombi. Già questa breve descrizione ci fa assaporare l'eleganza di questa villa in villa, non paragonabile a nessuna altra abitazione di questa tipologia. La casa ha 3 generose camere da letto tutte serivite da bagno ma se fosse necessario, si può "adattare" anche una quarta camera di dimensioni generose . I bagni, tutti arredati, servono tutte le camere ed il bagno ospiti , anch'esso arredato, situato a destra dell'ampio ingresso di entrata , ci offre anche lo spazio per un comodo armadio guardaroba. La cucina di buone dimensioni e molto luminosa, si affaccia su parte del giardino con i sanpietrini ed una comoda scala ci permette l'uscita per poter organizzare un pranzo all'aperto. Non vi descriviamo il resto della casa perché vogliamo farvi una sorpresa. Lo spazio all'aperto, di ca 700 metri q., è equamente diviso fra il verde vero e proprio e gli eleganti sanpietrini che ci permettono di parcheggiare le auto all'interno della proprietà. Nel ricordarvi che trattasi di immobile "protetto" eventuali innovazioni devono essere concordate con gli uffici paesaggistici. Ad esempio per l'eventuale realizzazione di una pompeiana, colonnina per auto elettrica o altro, sarà necessaria una relazione paesaggistica semplificata. La casa ha già moltissimi punti luce installati (ad esempio faretti perimetrali) tutti funzionanti; molte lampade a parete; i bagni già arredati, finiti e funzionanti oltre alla predisposizione del sistema dall'allarme. Il riscaldamento a pavimento ed il raffrescamento canalizzato offrono il confort ideale in ogni stagione dell'anno. Vi abbiamo già detto molto.
