Dieses besondere, typisch Perigourdiense Arbeiterhäuschen ( 34m2) liegt sehr malerisch an der Nordseite des Departements Dordogne. Die Städte Limoges, Perigueux und Brive-La-Gaillarde sind ca. 50km entfernt. Das Gebiet ist etwas touristisch. Ruhesuchende kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für lange Wanderungen und für Fahrradtouren (leicht hügelig). An der Vorderseite des Häuschens verläuft eine kleine D-Straße für lokalen Verkehr. An der Rückseite liegt ein großer Garten, der an eine Wiese grenzt. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Dorf mit sämtlichen Einrichtungen..
