Oko 1930 godine u vili je otvoren pansion Miralonda.Villa je održavana i prilično očuvana izvana, dok je iznutra doživjela rekonstrukciju u potkrovlju zbog povećanja neto korisne površine, te je po etažama pregrađivana pregradnim zidovima.
Izvana je sačuvala originalni oblik, osim u potkrovlju gdje su dodane svjetlosne kupole, te u prizemlju gdje je dograđena portirnica.Neto korisna površina ville iznosi 1154,42 m2.
Sastoji se od ukupno pet etaža, podruma-suterena 227,74 m2, prizemlje 283,76 m2, I. kat 271,51 m2, II. kat 253,84 m2 te potrkovlje-mansarda 107,54 m2.
