We offer here from private a quietly located and at the same time well connected 2-room gallery apartment in the south of Nuremberg. This apartment was designed by us for tenants who temporarily come to Nuremberg for professional reasons. The apartment is fully equipped - just bring your personal belongings and you can start living. The desired rental period is at least 3 months - but we are happy to rent longer. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and DG of a multi-family house with 6 residential units. The living room is located in the lower area of the modern furnished maisonette. It is furnished with a blue-grey sitting area, coffee table, highboard and a working area with desk, office chair and office container. From the living area you can access the roof terrace, which invites you to linger in the afternoon sun with table and chairs (orientation to the west). The open, tasteful fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as dishes, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A spiral staircase leads to the gallery area with the sleeping area, double bed, nightstand, dresser and two closets. The brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. In 900m distance you can reach the S-Bahn, which takes you to the main station within 12 min in 20min intervals. The stores of daily needs can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the nature reserve for relaxing, jogging, cycling is less than 300m away. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet – nur noch die persönlichen Sachen mitbringen und das Wohnen kann losgehen. Die Wunschmietzeit beträgt mindestens 3 Monate - wir vermieten aber gerne auch länger. Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG und DG eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit 6 Wohneinheiten. Das Wohnzimmer befindet sich im unteren Bereich der modern eingerichteten Maisonettewohnung. Es ist mit einer blaugrauen Sitzecke, Couchtisch, Highboard und einem Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl und Bürocontainer möbliert. Vom Wohnbereich aus gelangt man auf die Dachterrasse, die mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Verweilen in der Nachmittagssonne einlädt (Ausrichtung nach Westen). Die offene, geschmackvolle Einbauküche ist mit allen Utensilien des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet wie Geschirr, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. Über eine Wendeltreppe gelangt man in den Galeriebereich mit dem Schlafbereich, Doppelbett, Nachtkästchen, Kommode und zwei Kleiderschränken. In 900m Entfernung erreichen Sie die S-Bahn, diese bringt sie im 20min-Takt innerhalb von 12 min zum Hauptbahnhof.
