The flat is on the ground floor of a multi-family home (5 other flats) It has had a complete overhaul 2 years ago, all walls are white, wooden floors with floor heating all around and a kitchen with a dishwasher and all needed utensils. A full on coffee machine is not available, just a reusable filter. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed (140cm*200cm), a multitude of blankets and pillows can be found in the storage area of the couch. You will find a TV, 2 desks in different rooms, a multitude of storage space for books as well as a wardrobe and a dresser. There is a washing room for the whole house in the cellar where every flat has their own washing machine and dryer. The balcony has a nice view into the community garden, so you could just forget you are in the city. Voir plus Voir moins Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett saniert und hat eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, sowie eine Fußbodenheizung. Mit Ausnahme des Badezimmers wurde überall Parkett verlegt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht ausgestattet, nur eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden, lediglich ein wiederverwendbarer Filter. Wir würden ein 140x200 Bett samt Lattenrost und Matratze, 2 Schreibtische, Sofa, Fernseher, Schrank, Kommode, Bücherregale ect. zur Verfügung stellen. Im Waschkeller sind Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Der Balkon geht zum Garten raus, wodurch man fast vergessen kann, dass man in der Stadt lebt.
