We are looking for subtenants for our apartment in Bonn Endenich, as we are going abroad for six months. The apartment has 94m2, 3 rooms, two bathrooms and a small garden. The rent includes: Rent, utilities, electricity, parking space, internet and GEZ. The rental period would be from 01.08.24 or optionally a little earlier or later until 31.03.2025 or optionally a little earlier or later. The building was completed in 2021 and we are the first tenants of this beautiful apartment. The apartment is sublet fully furnished (except mattress) and offers everything a modern home needs. The three rooms are currently furnished as 1st living/dining room, office and bedroom. If required, the office can of course also be converted into a small children's room or similar by arrangement. Die Mietdauer wäre vom 01.08.24 oder wahlweise etwas früher oder später bis 31.03.2025 oder wahlweise etwas früher oder später. Das Gebäude wurde 2021 fertiggestellt und wir sind die Erstmieter dieses schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert (außer Matratze) untervermietet und bietet alles, was ein modernes Zuhause bieten muss. Die drei Zimmer sind aktuell als 1. Wohn/Esszimmer, Büro sowie Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Bei Bedarf kann unter Absprache natürlich auch das Büro zu einem kleinen Kinderzimmer o.ä. Umfunktioniert werden. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich zu den im Grundriss entnehmbaren Zimmern, einen Waschkeller mit eigener Waschmaschiene sowie Trockner, einen Fahrradkeller sowie einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Wir sind Nichtraucher, haben jedoch eine Katze die für die Zeit natürlich nicht in der Wohnung sein wird. Die Wohnung ist super angebunden an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (10 min.
