The institutes of the University of Bonn are only a few minutes away. The university clinic on Venusberg is 5 km away and can be reached quickly. There are several restaurants, cafes, shops and other shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Directly in front of the “front door” are several banks (Sparkasse, VR-Bank, Post Office), the well-known theater “Springmaus” and the “Harmonie”, where rock and pop music is played every evening, as well as various beer gardens.
