We are moving abroad for a year and are looking for a nice family or couple to sublet our charming detached single-family half-timbered house with an extension in Unna. The house is centrally located, just a few meters from the pedestrian zone and about a 7-minute walk to the train station. The sublet period is from September 1, 2024, to August 15, 2025, with some flexibility in dates upon discussion. The house offers approximately 107 square meters of living space spread over three floors. On the ground floor, you will find a guest WC, a room, a hallway, access to the basement, a fully furnished kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an entrance to the terrace with two raised beds and plenty of berry bushes like goji berries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and kiwi. The second floor features a shower room with a toilet, a small room, and a living room. Additionally, there is a small rooftop terrace (approx. 2x2m) adorned with tomatoes, cucumbers, and flowers planted by us. The attic includes two children's rooms, a master bedroom, and an entrance with stairs leading to the rooftop terrace. We are happy to offer our furniture for sublet and provide access to the children's rooms and care for the plants.

Zwischenmiete: Zentral gelegenes Haus in Unna für 1 Jahr Wir ziehen für ein Jahr ins Ausland und suchen eine nette Familie oder ein Paar zur Zwischenmiete unseres wunderschönen Hauses in Unna. Das Haus befindet sich äußerst zentral, nur wenige Meter von der Fußgängerzone entfernt und etwa 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Zwischenmiete ist vom 01.09.2024 bis zum 15.08.2025 geplant, jedoch sind wir flexibel und können die Daten nach Absprache anpassen. Das Haus bietet ca. 107 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche auf drei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Gäste-WC, ein Zimmer, ein Flur, der Eingang zum Keller, eine komplett möblierte Küche mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien, ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Ein- und Ausgang zur Terrasse mit zwei Hochbeeten und vielen Naschsträuchern wie Gojibeeren, Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Erdbeeren und Kiwi. Die zweite Etage verfügt über ein Duschbad mit WC, ein kleines Zimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Zudem gibt es eine kleine Dachterrasse (ca. 2x2m), die von uns mit Tomaten, Gurken und Blumen bepflanzt wurde. Das Dachgeschoss bietet zwei Kinderzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und einen Eingang mit Treppe zur Dachterrasse. Wir bieten an, unsere Möbel mitzuvermieten und zur Verfügung zu stellen, einschließlich der Einrichtung der beiden Kinderzimmer und der Pflege der Pflanzen. Das Fachwerkhaus hat eine Deckenerhöhung und wurde von uns von Freunden angemietet. Wir möchten nach einem Jahr Auslandsaufenthalt wieder dorthin zurückkehren.
