I am moving to the USA for several years for professional reasons and am therefore offering my beloved apartment in the heart of Cologne for subletting. The apartment can be rented for an indefinite period, but it is also possible to rent it for a limited period - in this case, however, a minimum term of one year would be important to me. The apartment is 85 square meters and is rented including furniture, use of all items, internet, Netflix, etc. There is still room for a bed in the living room, alternatively another bed would also be possible in the bedroom (there is a 1.80m wide double bed with two mattresses). Important: electricity and heating costs are included in the rent! The apartment is divided into a hallway, a large living room facing the southeast and street side, a central eat-in kitchen and a large bedroom facing the quiet inner courtyard and the northwest side. The apartment is nice and bright throughout the day, but can be darkened by curtains. Both the bedroom and the living room are very cozy and offer plenty of space to relax. The apartment is also fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Household contents and liability insurance are a prerequisite. Equipment: - Refrigerator with freezer - Induction cooker - oven - Dishwasher - washing machine - 55-inch TV - Netflix - Amazon Prime - DSL100 - PlayStation 3 - Wii - “Home Gym” (training tower for pull-ups, bench presses, etc.) Voir plus Voir moins Ich ziehe aus beruflichen Gründen für mehrere Jahre in die USA und biete deshalb meine geliebte Wohnung im Herzen von Köln zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung kann unbefristet gemietet werden, aber auch eine befristete Vermietung ist möglich - hierbei wäre mir jedoch eine Mindestlaufzeit von einem Jahr wichtig. Die Wohnung ist 85qm groß und wird inkl. Möbeln, Nutzung aller Gegenstände, Internet, Netflix, etc. vermietet. Im Wohnzimmer ist noch Platz für ein Bett, alternativ wäre grundsätzlich auch ein weiteres Bett im Schlafzimmer möglich (dort steht ein 1,80m breites Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen). Wichtig: die Strom- und Heizkosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen! Die Wohnung teilt sich auf in Flur, ein großes Wohnzimmer zur Südost- und Straßenseite, eine zentrale Wohnküche und ein großes Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof und zur Nordwestseite. Die Wohnung ist den ganzen Tag über schön hell, kann aber durch Vorhänge abgedunkelt werden. Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer sind sehr gemütlich und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist zudem vollständig ausgestattet mit allem, was man für das alltägliche Leben benötigt. Hausrat- und Haftpflichtversicherung sind eine Voraussetzung.
