The spacious attic apartment has space for up to 8 people and a large balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. This is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. The fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, so you don't have to worry about the dishes. And it also has everything you need to prepare something delicious to eat after a busy day. In the spacious bathroom you will find a shower, a bathtub, a vanity and a toilet. There is also a second toilet next to the bathroom. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are in a separate room in the hallway right next to the apartment so that you can easily do your laundry during your stay - use is free of charge. Each of the double rooms has 2 single beds and a separate closet with a safe to safely store valuables. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung, doch gerne kann auf dem Balkon geraucht werden. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer sorgt für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet, sodass Sie sich um das Geschirr keine Sorgen machen müssen. Und hat sonst auch alles, was es braucht, um sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag etwas Leckeres zu essen zuzubereiten. Im geräumigen Badezimmer finden Sie eine Dusche, eine Badewanne, ein Waschtisch und ein WC. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein zweites WC neben dem Badezimmer. Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner sind in einem separaten Raum im Hausflur direkt neben der Wohnung, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts bequem Ihre Wäsche waschen können - die Nutzung ist kostenfrei. Jedes der Doppelzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und jeweils einen separaten Schrank mit Tresor, um Wertsachen sicher zu verstauen. Der große Gemeinschaftsraum ist mit einem Smart-TV ausgestattet und lädt auf den zwei großen Leder-Sofas zum Entspannen ein.
