Von seinem großen Garten, Terrassen und seinem herrlichen Pool haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Landschaft und die Atlantikküste von Afrika. In einer 5-minütigen Fahrt erreichen Sie die römischen Ruinen von Bolonia mit seinem spektakulären Strand, Restaurants und Bars. Auf der anderen Seite, und auch nur 5 Minuten entfern befindet sich der Strand von Punta Paloma mit seiner riesigen Sanddüne. Dieser Strand ist bekannt für Wind- und Kitesurfen.Eine unbefestigte Strasse von 300 Metern führt zu dieser Landhaus Villa, im Naturschutzgebiet, die sich im kleinen Dorf Betis befindet, das zur Gemeine Tarifa gehört und nur 10 Autominuten (6,5 km) von diesem entfernt ist.Gibralter liegt 45 Minuten, Jerez und Cadiz eine Stunde und Sevilla und Malaga ca 2 Autostunden entfern.
Das Haus bietet Platz für 8 Personen, es hat 4 Schlafzimmer (2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten) und 4 Badezimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, Kamin und ein separates Esszimmer für 8 Personen.

Esta antigua casa de pastores con más de 200 años de antigüedad, está completamente restaurada aunque conserva algunas características originales de su antigua construcción (tiene un horno de pan tradicional en uno de sus cuartos de baño). La casa está amueblada con mucho detalle y puede alojar a un máximo de 8 personas. Con un estilo de campo con techos con vigas de madera y una concepción diáfana del espacio, su patio central ofrece una gran luminosidad al conjunto así como un aroma muy agradable debido al olor de sus plantas. Desde su enorme jardín, porches y su magnífica piscina tenemos impresionantes vistas del campo, del Atlántico y de las costas Africanas. A 5 minutos en coche tenemos las ruinas romanas de Bolonia con su espectacular playa, restaurantes y chiringuitos. Por el otro lado y también a 5 minutos está la playa de Punta Paloma con su enorme duna de arena. Esta playa es la más conocida para la práctica del windsurf y del kitesurf. Un camino de zahorra de 300 metros nos conduce a esta villa que se encuentra en la Aldea de Betis, dentro del Parque Natural del Estrecho y a tan solo 10 minutos del centro de Tarifa, 45 minutos de Gibraltar, 1 hora de Jerez y 1 hora 45 minutos de Málaga y Sevilla.La casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas.Tiene 4 dormitorios ( 2 cama matrimonio, 2 con 2 camas individuales y 4 cuartos de baños.2 salones, chimenea y un comedor separado para 8 pax.Tv de Plasma, antena parabólica, Dvd, equipo de música, ADSL wifiVistas al Parque Natural y al mar.Casa aconsejable para familias no apta para minusválidos o personas mayores. From its huge garden, porches and magnificent pool you have stunning views of the countryside and the Atlantic coast of Africa.Just a 5-minute drive to the Roman ruins of Bolonia with its spectacular beach, restaurants and bars. On the other side and also only 5 minutes you will find the beach of Punta Paloma with its huge sand dune. This beach is best known for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
