Das Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und neu möbiliert.Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein grosszügiger Wohn- und Essbereich und eine separate Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im ersten Stock befinden sich die 3 Schlafzimmer (2 Doppelbetten und ein Zweibettzimmer) mit 2 grosszügigen Bädern zu Verfügung. Der «Master Bedroom» bietet Meerblick. Zum Haus gehören 2 Tiefgaragenparkplätze mit direktem Zugang zur Wohnung, die via dem grosszügigen Wasch- und Stauraum (z.B. für Surfmaterial) erreicht wird. Die Liegenschaft ist Richtung Süden (Marokko) ausgerichtet. Hay tres dormitorios dobles con dos baños en el primer piso.Tiene vistas al mar desde el dormitorio principal.
