In this “Tiny House” holiday home you will experience what the trend of minimizing and relaxing means. Relax on the edge of the forest and the dunes, in the middle of nature. Living with only what you need, clearing your head completely, that should work in this beautiful accommodation that, despite the "Tiny" character, is fully equipped. Tiny House has a beautiful natural warm appearance due to the wooden paneling around the accommodation. Via the step on the terrace you step through the sliding doors into the cozy living room with comfortable sofa. Immediately next to it is the compact dining table with seating for two. The kitchen is located in the passage to the bedroom and is fully equipped including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso, filter coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom is located opposite the kitchen and is equipped with a shower, sink with cupboard and toilet. The bathroom is heated by infrared heating, the rest of the accommodation by underfloor heating. Next to the bathroom you will find a wardrobe. The bedroom has two separate mattresses (80x210cm), hanging bedside lamps and blackout window coverings and a wardrobe with hanging and laying area. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view of the adjacent forest and the dunes. On the private outdoor terrace (18m2) there is a sitting area with 2 chairs and a lounge sofa. Here you also have the possibility to charge electric bicycles. The terrace faces southeast, so you have sun here in the morning, on the other side of the house you have sun until the evening hours. At the house you have your own free parking space, in the months March to October paid parking applies in the rest of Zoutelande. A nice extra at this accommodation is the standard beach equipment consisting of a cool box and 2 beach mats, which you can use for free. There are no facilities for small children at this property and no pets are allowed. From this location, the beach, forest and the pleasant center of Zoutelande can be reached on foot. There is so much to experience in Zoutelande that you could park the car on arrival and only start it again on departure. Enjoy wonderful days on the beach with the most hours of sunshine or treat yourself to culinary delights in one of the nice restaurants in Zoutelande. But Domburg is also nice to visit, this popular seaside resort has a cozy center with unique shops and the adjacent nature reserve De Manteling where you can enjoy a lovely walk. Or visit the historic town of Veere, located on the beautiful Veerse Meer, where you can also take a boat trip. Über die Terrassenstufe gelangen Sie durch die Schiebetüren in das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit bequemem Sofa. Unmittelbar daneben steht der kompakte Esstisch mit Sitzgelegenheit für zwei Personen. Die Küche befindet sich im Durchgang zum Schlafzimmer und ist komplett ausgestattet mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Nespresso, Filterkaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Das Badezimmer liegt gegenüber der Küche und ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschbecken mit Unterschrank und einer Toilette ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer wird durch eine Infrarotheizung beheizt, der Rest der Unterkunft durch eine Fußbodenheizung. Neben dem Badezimmer finden Sie einen Kleiderschrank. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei getrennten Matratzen (80 x 210 cm), hängenden Nachttischlampen und verdunklungsfähigen Fenstervorhängen sowie einen Kleiderschrank mit Hänge- und Liegefläche. Vom Schlafzimmer aus haben Sie einen schönen Blick auf den angrenzenden Wald und die Dünen. Auf der privaten Außenterrasse (18m2) gibt es eine Sitzecke mit 2 Stühlen und einem Loungesofa. Hier haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit, Elektrofahrräder aufzuladen. Die Terrasse ist nach Südosten ausgerichtet, sodass Sie hier morgens Sonne haben, auf der anderen Seite des Hauses haben Sie Sonne bis in die Abendstunden. Sie haben Ihren eigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Haus, in den Monaten März bis Oktober gilt im restlichen Zoutelande gebührenpflichtiges Parken. Ein schönes Extra dieser Unterkunft ist die standardmäßige Strandausrüstung bestehend aus Kühlbox und 2 Strandmatten, die Sie kostenlos nutzen können. In dieser Unterkunft gibt es keine Einrichtungen für kleine Kinder und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Von hier aus sind der Strand, der Wald und das gemütliche Zentrum von Zoutelande zu Fuß erreichbar. De keuken is gelegen in de doorloop naar de slaapkamer en is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een inductiekookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesvakje, broodrooster, nespresso, filterkoffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. De badkamer ligt recht tegenover de keuken en is voorzien van een douche, wastafel met kast en toilet. De badkamer wordt verwarmd middels infraroodverwarming, de rest van de accommodatie door vloerverwarming. Naast de badkamer vind je een garderobe. In de slaapkamer met twee losse matrassen (80x210cm), hangen bedlampjes en verduisterende raambekleding en er staat een kledingkast met hang- en leggedeelte.
