A villa that couldn't be more typical of the type so loved by those building in Naquera around the 80s. What do you get that's typical? Those floors, that barbecue area, a frontón, whatever is going on with that ceiling in the living room... you get the idea. This is 1980's Valencia with knobs on and leg warmers but some things have been updated, it has heating and air conditioning. . . However you will need to update, downstairs has been converted from just a large garage into a large garage and two bedrooms with a bathroom. Upstairs you might want to do something if "80s Medieval" isn't your style, and let's face it it isn't many people's style 40 plus years later (Yes that's how long ago the eighties were) Apart from that living room you have three bedrooms and a bathroom up here too. . . Outside, the property is built into the side of the hill meaning you get decent views, lots of secluded areas for enjoying the climate of Naquera and a rather tired looking pool (That picture of a decent pool from above is deceptive some landscaping around it would make it better, and perhaps a deck) It's a large plot of 1045m2 and you can develop it to make it much more welcoming although it looks decent as it is. . . All in all, a decent place recently reduced in price requiring some tlc and a bit of a reform in an excellent location just 2km outside Naquera and 25 minutes from Valencia city.
