The living room impresses with a relax-swing armchair which invites you to read or relax and a modern sleeping-armchair. Work with a view of the greenery can be done from the desk. On the balcony you can enjoy your peace and quiet. A special highlight is the shower-bath with exposed brickwork. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping armchair in the living room is suitable up to 80 KG. For a successful work the desk in the living room is available. An additional cleaning service & laundry service is available after previous arrangement and payment. Parking is available free of charge on the public road in front of the house. Our property has a large garden. You are welcome to use it as well. If it is possible, please bring your bicycles with you. Because Leipzig and its surroundings can be wonderfully explored by bicycle. You will also find useful tips under "Neighbourhood". Our object has a laundry drying room, which you are welcome to use. The same applies to the bicycle cellar and the garden. If you come with sports luggage, we have separate, locked storage facilities. The washing machine is in the washing machine room. Sollte es möglich sein, bringen Sie Ihre Fahrräder mit. Denn Leipzig und seine Umgebung lassen sich mit dem Fahrrad wunderbar erkunden. Brauchbare Hinweise finden Sie auch unter „Nachbarschaft“.
