The new construction apartment was finished in 2018 and we are the first tenants. Entering the apartment you come into the long and spacious hallway. Starting from the hallway, you first enter the large bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling window. Next to it is the large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. At the end of the hallway is the living and dining room with open kitchen. From the living room you can access the great balcony, which invites you to relax, barbecue and sunbathe in the summer. The house has an elevator and bicycle cellar. The apartment is located in the newly developed district Am Butzweilerhof, right next to IKEA. Directly opposite is a park with basketball court, table tennis tables, playground and soccer field. Line 5 leaves directly in front of the house and it takes about 10 minutes to Ehrenfeld and 20 minutes to the Dom/ Hbf. It takes 5 minutes by car to the ALDI, the next Rewe is 10 minutes by car. In addition, you have as a big attraction the Motorworld, which includes an inviting pizzeria, among other things, the permanent exhibition of Michael Schumacher Private Collection. Abgehend vom Flur gelangt man zunächst ins große Schlafzimmer mit bodentiefem Fenster. Daneben befindet sich das große Badezimmer mit eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Am Ende des Flurs befindet sich das Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener Küche. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf den tollen Balkon, der im Sommer zum Entspannen, Grillen und Sonnen einlädt. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug und Fahrradkeller. Die Wohnung befindet sich im neu entstandenen Stadtteil Am Butzweilerhof, direkt neben dem IKEA. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Park mit Basketballplatz, Tischtennisplatten, Spielplatz und Fußballplatz. Die Linie 5 fährt direkt vor dem Haus ab und man braucht ca. 10 Minuten bis Ehrenfeld und 20 Minuten bis zum Dom/ Hbf. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto benötigt man bis zum ALDI, der nächste Rewe ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
