Contracts 6 months or longer are preferred. The rooms are bright, have parquet flooring and are furnished to a high standard. The apartment has a well-equipped, modern kitchen, which makes living there very easy. Amenities: The accommodation is a 3-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. It has been renovated in the transition 2023/2024 with new wall painting and new furniture. Each room has a 1.20 m wide closet with mirror, 10 clothes hangers and enough space for lots of luggage and clothes. The bed is 1.40 m wide and has two slatted frames so that two people can sleep well in it. In addition, the 4 drawers of the bed box offer plenty of space for your belongings. There is a bedside table with a lamp next to the bed. A 1.20 m long desk and a desk chair allow you to be productive in the room. Room 1 is large enough to accommodate a small fold-out sofa bed (1 person). Room 2 is the largest room and offers space for a pull-out sofa bed (2 people). The sofa beds are less comfortable than the beds! Room 3 only has a double bed. The rooms are individually lockable. Let us know if there are any small children coming who need a crib. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete, moderne Küche, die das Leben dort ganz einfach macht. Ausstattung: Die Unterkunft ist eine Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern, einem Badezimmer, einer Küche und einem Balkon. Sie ist im Übergang 2023/2024 renoviert worden mit neuem Wandanstrich und neuen Möbeln. Jedes Zimmer hat einen 1,20m breiten Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel, 10 Kleiderbügeln und genügend Platz für viel Gepäck und Kleidung. Das Bett ist 1,40 m breit und hat zwei Lattenroste, so dass Sie auch zu zweit gut darin schlafen können. Außerdem bieten die 4 Schubladen des Bettkastens viel Platz für Ihre Sachen. Neben dem Bett steht ein Nachttisch mit einer Lampe. Ein 1,20 m langer Schreibtisch und ein Schreibtischstuhl ermöglichen es Ihnen, im Zimmer produktiv zu sein. Zimmer 1 ist groß genug um noch Platz für einen kleinen ausklappbaren Schlafsessel (1 Person) zu bieten. Zimmer 2 ist das größte Zimmer und bietet Platz für ein ausfahrbares Schlafsofa (2 Personen). Die Schlafsofas sind weniger komfortabel als die Betten! Raum 3 hat nur ein Doppelbett. Die Zimmer sind einzeln absperrbar. Lasst uns wissen, ob Kleinkinder mitkommen, die ein Kinderbett benötigen.
