The accommodation This apartment is a large old building apartment on the 1st floor, you are just 2 minutes walk from the E-Center, bus stop or the marketplace. Also in the immediate vicinity of numerous stores and restaurants you can enjoy the city center to the fullest --> Living the hearth of the city. The apartment has a total of 3 separate bedrooms. The rooms are basically equipped with a 160m x 200m box spring bed, desk board with direct view from the window including high chair, seat cushions and closet alternatives. If you need additional bed linen, pillows, towels or similar during your stay we can provide this at short notice. The garden which is located in the courtyard is publicly accessible to all residents and may be used by you --> perfect opportunity to let his evening end or as a common large group to barbecue and celebrate exuberantly. The kitchen has all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay, it should be mentioned that there is no oven. Salt, pepper, oil, herbs, etc. are already available - durable items are not thrown away after started use - it would be too bad to dispose of fresh products directly! Ebenfalls in direkter Nähe von zahlreichen Einkaufsläden und Gastronomien können Sie die Innenstadt in vollen Zügen genießen --> Living the hearth of the city. Das Apartment verfügt über insgesamt 3 separaten Schlafzimmern. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich mit einem 160m x 200m Boxspringbett, Schreibtischbrett mit direktem Blick aus dem Fenster inkl. Hochstuhl, Sitzkissen und Kleiderschrankalternativen ausgestattet. Sollten Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes zusätzliche Bettwäsche, Kissen, Handtücher o.ä. benötigen können wir Ihnen dies gerne kurzfristig zur Verfügung stellen. Der Garten welcher sich im Hof befindet ist öffentlich für alle Bewohner zugänglich und darf gerne von Ihnen benutzt werden --> Perfekte Möglichkeit um seinen Abend ausklingen lassen zu können oder als gemeinsame große Gruppe zu Grillen und ausgelassen zu feiern. Die Küche verfügt über alle Küchenutensilien die Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen, hierbei ist zu erwähnen, dass kein Backofen vorhanden ist. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Kräuter etc. sind bereits vorliegend - haltbare Artikel werden nach angefangener Benutzung nicht weggeworfen - es wäre zu Schade, frische Produkte direkt zu entsorgen! Der Check-In erfolgt kontaktlos und ist bis spät in die Nacht durch eine Schlüsselbox realisierbar - diese dann auch wieder bitte beim Check-Out verwenden. Das Objekt besitzt einen Hauseigene Hof in dem bis zu 5 Autos platz finden. Somit parken Sie direkt in der Innenstadt ohne weiteren extra Gebühren! Weitere wichtige Hinweise Wir freuen uns Sie bei uns als Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen! Wir sind grundsätzlich ab 08:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr für Sie erreichbar sollte es Ausnahmsweise mal Probleme bei einem späten Check-In geben - nach 21:00 Uhr sind wir mit etwas länger Wartezeit ebenfalls erreichbar. Mit der sehr zentralen Lage sind Sie bestens an alle Orte Angebunden. Das E-Center ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und verfügt über eine eigene U-Bahn Haltestelle - von dort aus erreichen Sie alle Destinationen in und um Karlsruhe herum. Die Anbindung mit dem Auto ist mit Ausnahme der Stoßzeiten ebenfalls problemlos realisierbar.
