It is one of, if not the most preferred, inner-city residential area of Leipzig. Upon entering the house, the first impression is determined by the magnificent building facade and the correspondingly ornate staircase. From there, you can walk to the second floor of the rear building. Alternatively, and in particular when you come home with heavy things, you may choose to take the elevator of the main building to the fourth floor and from there reach the rear house via a short connection to go down two floors to the apartment. The apartment is entered through a spacious hallway, from which all 3 rooms are accessible, as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The living room and dining room are very bright and connected by a double door, creating a very spacious feeling.
