The rent fee includes weekly housekeeping services, laundry for bedsheets and towels, weekly gardening services, as well as utilities and Internet expenses.

Sala de jantar com mesa para 10 pessoas. Cozinha ampla totalmente equipada. Duas casas de banho no piso inferior. Escritório independente da restante casa, para que possa trabalhar com toda a tranquilidade.
No andar superior dispõe de uma suite com casa de banho com cabine de duche dupla com torre de massagem, closet e salamandra. 4 quartos com dimensões generosas. 2 casas de banhos com cabine de duche. Os têxteis (toalhas e lençóis) são de excelente qualidade e confecionados em Portugal.
