Saint-Alban est une petite commune de l’arrière- pays nichée entre la baie de St Brieuc et la côte d’Emeraude. En quelques minutes en vélo ou en voiture vous pourrez atteindre la première plage (env 3 km) et le charmant port du Dahouêt. A peine plus loin, déroulant son sable fin sur 2,5 km, la plage de Val-André est assurément une des plus belles plages de la côte Nord. Le magnifique terrain de golf de la station est également apprécié et connu dans toute la France !

Zugang zum Obergeschoss haben Sie über eine Außentreppe, die auf eine zweite angenehme Terrasse mit Blick über den Garten führt. Innen befindet sich ein gemütlicher Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa, die Küche und ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Das komplett umzäunte Grundstück ist ideal für Kinder und Ihre vierbeinigen Freunde. 2 Autos können dort ebenfalls sicher geparkt werden. Saint-Alban ist eine kleine Gemeinde im Hinterland, die zwischen der Bucht von St. Brieuc und der Smaragdküste liegt. In wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto erreichen Sie den ersten Strand (ca. 3 km) und den charmanten Hafen von Dahouêt. Kaum weiter entfernt liegt der Strand von Val-André, der seinen feinen Sand über 2,5 km ausrollt und zweifellos einer der schönsten Strände der Nordküste ist. Der fantastische Golfplatz des Ortes ist ebenfalls in ganz Frankreich beliebt und bekannt!
This pretty holiday home sleeps up to 4 people and is located in a peaceful setting just 5 minutes' drive from the well-known resort of Pleneuf-Val-André. On the ground floor, you have a spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom opening onto a lovely ground-level terrace. You then have access to the first floor via an outside staircase leading to a second attractive terrace overlooking the garden. Inside, there is a pleasant living room with sofa bed, the kitchen and a 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom. The fully enclosed grounds are ideal for children and 4-legged friends. 2 cars can also be parked in complete safety. Saint-Alban is a small inland town nestling between the Bay of St Brieuc and the Emerald Coast. Just a few minutes by bike or car will take you to the first beach (approx. 3 km) and the charming port of Dahouêt. A little further on, with its fine sand stretching for 2.5 km, Val-André beach is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast. The resort's magnificent golf course is also popular and well-known throughout France!

Dit mooie vakantiehuis is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen en ligt in een rustige omgeving op slechts 5 minuten rijden van de bekende badplaats Pleneuf-Val-André. Op de begane grond heb je een ruime slaapkamer met eigen badkamer die uitkomt op een heerlijk gelijkvloers terras. Vervolgens heb je toegang tot de eerste verdieping via een buitentrap die leidt naar een tweede aantrekkelijk terras met uitzicht op de tuin. Binnen is er een aangename woonkamer met slaapbank, de keuken en een 2e slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Het volledig omheinde terrein is ideaal voor kinderen en viervoeters. Er kunnen ook 2 auto's veilig geparkeerd worden. Saint-Alban is een klein stadje in het binnenland, genesteld tussen de baai van St Brieuc en de Smaragdkust. Op een paar minuten fietsen of met de auto bent u bij het eerste strand (ongeveer 3 km) en de charmante haven van Dahouêt. Iets verderop, met zijn fijne zand dat zich uitstrekt over 2,5 km, is het strand van Val-André ongetwijfeld een van de mooiste stranden van de noordkust.
