In the storeroom there are among other things an iron, ironing board and washing facilities, The apartment is located in Vallendar, not even one kilometer from the train station. It takes about 12 minutes on foot to get there. All stores for daily needs are also within walking distance, including two supermarkets and a pharmacy. Die Einbauküche ist voll ausgestattet. Des Weiteren gibt es ein Gäste-WC und ein Hauptbadezimmer mit Badewanne, die eine Duschmöglichkeit besitzt. Für Gäste steht ein weiteres Schlafzimmer bereit. Im Abstellraum/Kellerraum innerhalb der Wohnung befinden sich unter anderem Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine und Trockner Die Wohnung liegt in Vallendar, nicht mal einen Kilometer vom Bahnhof entfernt. Zu Fuß benötigt man ungefähr 12 Minuten dort hin. Nach Koblenz sind es ca. 10 km und auch die Autobahnnähe Richtung Frankfurt und Trier ist sehr vorteilhaft. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich ebenfalls in Laufweite, so auch beispielsweise zwei Supermärkte und eine Apotheke. Am Rheinufer lässt es sich ausgiebig entspannen.
