The property is at the top of a beautifull valley where the bridge was only built 10 years ago so nature is at its best here! There is still small farming going one, a oak forest bordering a creek with a waterfall and small prairies where sheaps pasture and lots of trails and bike rides and you can actually horse ridding. There a bus at the door leading you to Sintra Train station and Terrugem and Ericeira where you can find anything you need. Cabrela as 2 cafes and a small grocery shop that you can go by walking or bicicling in 5 m. ALso a 5 m drive will put you in a mall with a big supermarket pharmacy etc. Sintra and Ericeira a well known beach for surf are 15 m away and several other beaches _ magoito, Samarra are also 15 m distance. Lisbon is Half an hour away trough freeway no toll.
