• El staff solicitará documentos de identidad y dará información referente al proceso unos dias antes de la llegada.
• El check out es automatico también, se dejan TODAS las llaves dentro del piso antes de tirar de la puerta. HORARIO: Hasta 11am.NORMAS ADICIONALES DE LA VIVIENDA
•Por favor, cuide el apartamento. Debe ser entregado en las mismas condiciones en las que se entregó.
•Por cuestiones medioambientales, por favor, apague las luces, aire acondicionado y/o calefacción cuando esté fuera del apartamento.
•Está prohibido fumar en el apartamento y en las zonas comunes del edificio.
•No se admiten fiestas, eventos o ruidos molestos. Por favor, respete las zonas comunes del edificio y el descanso de los vecinos entre las 22h00 y las 09h00. Cuide y respete el silencio del vecindario y mantenga la puerta del edificio cerrada en todo momento.

The area is calm.CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am.
