A kissebik szoba 13 nm2, a nagyobbik 17 nm2. A férőhelyek száma 4 fő. Az ágyak méretei egységesen 160*200 cm. Az ágyak típusai francia illetve kihúzható kanapé. Az apartman nagyobbik szobája légkondicionáló berendezéssel is fel van szerelve illetve egy ventillátor is helyet kapott. A szobák nagy tároló fiókokkal es szekrénnyel rendelkeznek. A szobákban színes LED televízió kapott helyet, és 1000 Mb/s vezeték nélküli internet es közel 120 darab tv program csatorna gondoskodik a szórakozásról. A nagyszobában gondoltunk az üzleti útra érkezőkre is, igy nekik van egy iroda sarok a nagyszobában.
A fürdőszoba 10 nm2 alapterületű és egy üveg tolóajtón jutunk be, ahol egy dizájnos kéz mosóval találkozunk legelőször, illetve egy nagy ledes világítású tükör gondoskodik a tökéletes sminkelésről, itt található egy csendes működésű víz takarékos WC, illetve egy 90*90 cm mély zuhanyzó tálca és egy több funkciós zuhanypanel.
Az apartman teljes értékű konyhával van felszerelve, aminek alapterülete 12 nm2. Étkezésünk kényelméről, egy nagy bár pult gondoskodik 4 darab forgószékkel.
