The apartment is in an old building on the ground floor with its own entrance, and has been recently renovated. Everything is new. The apartment is fully furnished. It also has a private parking space in the backyard. I would like to keep my things in the apartment, and am looking for someone to take care of my things as if they were their own. The place is ideal for a single person or a couple. The closet is very big and there is plenty of room for two people if needed. It really is a great apartment and I am looking for someone to feel as comfortable there as I do. The location is great. The apartment is less than 1 minute walk from the Leydeckerstraße stop. The location is also a bit quieter than other parts of Venloer Straße. Rewe, Netto etc are all within walking distance from the apartment especially as there are also many options of restaurants and cafes. Voir plus Voir moins Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Gebäude im EG mit eigenem Eingang, und wurde erst kürzlich renoviert. Alles ist neu. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Es hat auch einen privaten Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Ich möchte meine Sachen in der Wohnung behalten und suche jemanden, der sich um meine Sachen kümmert, als ob sie seine eigenen wären. Der Ort ist ideal für eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar. Der Kleiderschrank ist sehr groß und es gibt viel Platz für zwei Personen wenn nötig. Es ist wirklich eine tolle Wohnung, und ich suche jemanden, der sich dort genauso wohl fühlt wie ich. Die Lage ist großartig. Die Wohnung ist weniger als 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Leydeckerstraße entfernt. Die Lage ist auch etwas ruhiger als in anderen Teilen der Venloer Straße. Rewe, Netto etc. sind alle in Gehweite von der Wohnung entfernt zumal gibt es aber auch viele Möglichkeiten von Restaurants und Cafés.
