We rent our furnished apartment with 6 rooms over 3 floors including terrace (2 floor) beautiful quiet location with views of the greenery. Use of garden is also possible (with herb raised bed). The rental period is limited. Depending on the agreement initially between 1 and 12 months. Location Neuss: Great flair! The city center of Neuss is reachable in 2 min. walking distance. Many restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlor, a swimming pool and other shopping facilities (including Aldi, Rewe, dm, H&M, Kaufhof etc..),. Banks, pharmacies, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance. The pedestrian zone of Neustraße and many street cafes invite you to a leisurely shopping spree. The city of Neuss is a green city, with many restored monuments and buildings. The city park with lake can be reached in 5 min. Additional parking spaces are available at the roadside for a fee. The city center has the elementary school Münsterplatz, the Quirinius Gymnasium, the girls' high school Marienberg and the Janusz-Korczak Gesamtschule, as well as 2 kindergartens and other day care centers for children. The public transport offers high flexibility, all bus lines run every 5 min. in the whole city center. Within 2 min. you reach the bus to Neuss main station (5 min.), from where you can easily take the train to Düsseldorf (HBF: 20 min.), Mönchengladbach or Cologne. The nearest international airport is in Düsseldorf, which can be reached within 25 minutes by car. The beautiful town of Roermond (with designer outlet) on the Dutch borders is about 40 min away by car.
