This beautiful, spacious and bright two-room apartment with balcony is located directly on the quiet Hausburgpark in Friedrichshain on the border with Prenzlauer Berg. It was completely refurbished in spring 2021 and impresses with its modern, cozy and, above all, bright furnishings, which make the rooms look even more airy. The apartment offers everything you need for a longer stay in Berlin. The traffic connection is excellent. The Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station with a connection to the Ringbahn is within walking distance, as is the Petersburger Strasse tram stop, from where the tram only takes 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz. You only need 30 minutes to get to Berlin central station (Hauptbahnhof), Gendarmenmarkt or Tempelhofer Feld, and BER Airport can be reached in under 40 minutes with the express connection. In the living room you can relax on the large couch. A new internet-enabled television is available to you, which offers you the best television programs via Magenta TV. You have a DSL connection with 50 Mbit via WiFi. Would you like some fresh air? Then use the small balcony in the living room with a view of the Hausburgpark.
