Alle porte di Modena, a fianco della storica città di Maranello, si trova in vendita questa villa storica risalente al 1600 di 1.830 mq, costituita da due edifici adiacenti - la villa principale e il corpo laterale - ed incastonata in un parco privato di tigli e querce secolari di 25.000 mq. Acquistata dal conte Bulgarini Visconti di Mantova nel 1859, la villa venne donata alla figlia Marianna come regalo di nozze, andata in sposa al marchese Carlo Campori. Divenne quindi la residenza estiva della famiglia Campori, marchesi Nobili Imperiali dal 1597, rinomati in tutto il Ducato di Modena per le donazioni fatte nel corso degli anni. Iscritta al Catalogo generale dei Beni Culturali, la villa padronale, posta in asse con il viale d’accesso, è caratterizzata da una marcata simmetria degli spazi esterni, sottolineata dalla presenza del portone centrale, dal terrazzo soprastante e dai due ordini delle cinque finestre sulla facciata principale, e dallo stile pompeiano interno. La ristrutturazione della villa, ad opera del celebre Ing. Spezzani, coincise con l’inizio degli scavi a Pompei. Vennero quindi inviati sul sito archeologico i decoratori incaricati di affrescare le sale interne, affinché si ispirassero ai ritrovamenti della città sepolta. Affascinati dagli scavi, i decoratori suggeriscono di aprire la volta d’ingresso per creare un ambiente dall’aspetto maestoso. Viene quindi realizzato il meraviglioso vestibolo, a doppio volume e su pianta ovale, arricchito da sfondi prospettici e decorazioni sul vano scala e sulle pareti. Gli affreschi realizzati adornano, inoltre, i 3 ampi saloni di rappresentanza, a cui si accede alla destra dell’ingresso principale. A sinistra si trovano la grande sala da pranzo e le due cucine della villa. Al 2 livelli superiori si trovano 7 camere da letto e numerose sale adibite ad aree relax, sale studio e piccoli salotti con camino. Il piano sottotetto, attualmente usato come zona ripostiglio, è facilmente convertibile in spazio abitativo. Sopra, una splendida terrazza panoramica offre una vista sconfinata sulla natura circostante, location ideale per organizzare eventi esclusivi in una cornice affascinante e pittoresca. Il secondo edificio, adiacente e perpendicolare alla villa, presenta una facciata posteriore in stile gotico, con finestre a bifora nel piano terra e finestre ad arco acuto nel piano superiore.
