The apartment itself has a double bed (140x200), in front of the kitchen is a dining area before you then fitting into the open living room. In the living room is a couch in the front of the Smart-TV. From the living room leads to the 12m2 large terrace which invites you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. In the modern bathroom there is a shower and the toilet and a sink for sure. The apartment is located in the district "Rodgebiet", quiet and yet you are in 5-10 walking distance in the city center. The nature, the Davosweg and the Black Forest are also within walking distance in 5-10. In addition, the beautiful Dillweissensteiner outdoor pool is located near the river. Within walking distance are also an Edeka some very good restaurants and dining options. In the downtown area are also pharmacies, doctors and everything else necessary is within easy reach. Die kleine, feine Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Außerdem ist ein kleines, feines Duschbad vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil "Rodgebiet", ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man in 20min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Die Natur, der Davosweg und der Schwarzwald sind ebenfalls fussläufig in 5-10 erreichbar. Außerdem ist das schöne am Fluß gelegene Dillweissensteiner Freibad in der Nähe.
