We - my partner, my son and I - are going to Scotland in October for a research stay of one year. During this time, we would like to rent out our beautiful apartment in the center of Tübingen. The apartment has an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and three rooms, which we currently use as bedroom, children's room, and study/living room. There is also a nice terrace facing the hillside with a small garden. Depending on the arrangement, we can remove some of the children's furniture and/or toys from the apartment. There is a large bed (140x200) in the children's room. The apartment is therefore also suitable for a shared flat. The rent includes all utilities plus internet and GeZ.

Wir - mein Partner, under Sohn und ich - gehen im Oktober für einen Forschungsaufenthalt für ein Jahr nach Schottland. Während dieser Zeit würden wir unsere schöne Wohnung in der Tübingern Innenstadt gerne vermieten. Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, und drei Zimmer, die wir zur Zeit als Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, und Arbeits-/Wohnzimmer nutzen. Es gibt auch eine schöne Terrasse zum Hang hin mit einem kleinen Garten. Je nach Absprache können wir Teile der Kindermöbel und/oder des Spielzeugs aus der Wohnung heraus räumen. Im Kinderzimmer steht ein großes Bett (140x200). Somit ist die Wohnung auch für eine WG geeignet. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten plus Internet und GeZ.
