Salendo al quarto piano con una scala interna all'appartamento, si accede alla terrazza dove si può ammirare la Cattedrale di Palermo, il Palazzo Reale e tutto il centro storico della città. Si possono ammirare anche i soffitti a cassettoni lignei dipinti del XV secolo e altri oggetti dell'epoca.
