We are renting out our wonderful apartment as we are traveling during our parental leave. The flat comfortably fit a family, with a big bedroom and an office with a fold-out sleeping mattress. It has a big and bright room serving as both the entrance, dining room and living room with a big balcony facing west looking over Fliegerviertel. It is located on the less charmning street, Tempelhofer Damm, but the flat is up under the roof and the street feels far away. Right across the street is Tempelhofer Feld, a former airport, now one of the biggest urban parks full of possibilities to hang out and do sports, like biking, running, rollerskating etc. Shops are within a biking distance of 5 min. Even though its not flourishing with cafes and shops right in front of the door, the location is great as it is close to so many great neighborhoods; Platz der Luftbruecke, Bergmannkiez, Schillerkiez, Akazienkiez. The apartment is 200 meters away from U6 station Paradestrasse and 800 meters away from the S-Bahn station S-Tempelhof. Die Wohnung bietet bequem Platz für eine Familie, mit einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Schlafzimmer und einem Büro mit einer ausklappbaren Schlafmatratze. Sie hat einen großen und hellen Raum, der sowohl als Eingang, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer dient, mit einem großen Balkon, der nach Westen über das Fliegerviertel blickt. Sie befindet sich in der weniger charmanten Straße Tempelhofer Damm, aber die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und die Straße fühlt sich weit weg an. Auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt das Tempelhofer Feld, ein ehemaliger Flughafen, jetzt einer der größten städtischen Parks mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Abhängen und Sport treiben, wie Radfahren, Laufen, Rollerskating usw. Geschäfte sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Auch wenn es nicht so viele Cafés und Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür gibt, ist die Lage großartig, da sie in der Nähe von so vielen tollen Vierteln ist: Platz der Luftbrücke, Bergmannkiez, Schillerkiez, Akazienkiez.
