The apartment consists of a 10m² room, a 10m² hallway area with basic cooking facilities and an 11m² bathroom. There is a connecting door to the neighboring apartment, where we live ourselves. The door is permanently locked. We are Katharina and Benedikt, a working couple in our 30s and our young daughter. The apartment has its own entrance, so it is a complete and separate apartment. The apartment is rented furnished. In the room there is a bed, a clothes rail, an armchair, a fold-out desk and a mirror. Bed linen and sheets can be included if necessary. In the hallway area there is an induction stove top, a mini oven, a small refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a French press and a basic set of pots, dishes and cutlery. The sink in the bathroom serves as the kitchen sink as well. The very spacious bathroom has a bathtub with shower possibility and a washing maschine. Towels can be included in the equipment. The apartment is located on Weichselstraße in the middle of the lively Weserkiez with many restaurants, cafes and small stores. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the Landwehrkanal, Görlitzerpark and Hasenheide. The subway stations U Rathaus Neukölln (U7) and U Hermannplatz (U7+U8) are within 7-10 minutes walking distance. Various buses are 5 minutes away on foot. Shopping facilities from discounter to organic market can be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is oriented to the courtyard. So it is very quiet despite lively neighborhood life. Es existiert eine Verbindungstür zur Nachbarwohnung, in der wir selbst wohnen. Die Tür ist dauerhaft verschlossen. Wir sind Katharina und Benedikt, ein berufstätiges Paar in den 30ern, und unsere kleine Tochter. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, so dass es sich um eine vollständige und separate Wohnung handelt. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, eine Kleiderstange, ein Sessel, ein ausklappbarer Schreibtisch und ein Spiegel. Bettwäsche und Bettlaken können beinhaltet sein, wenn erwünscht. Im Flurbereich gibt es eine Induktionsherdplatte, ein Mini-Backofen, einen kleinen Kühlschrank, ein Toaster, ein Wasserkocher, eine French-Press und eine Grundausstattung an Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck. Als Spüle dient das Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Das sehr geräumige Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit und eine Waschmaschine. Bei Bedarf können Handtücher dazugelegt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Weichselstraße mitten im lebendigen Weserkiez mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Geschäften. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man am Landwehrkanal, im Görlitzerpark und der Hasenheide. Die U-Bahnhöfe U Rathaus Neukölln (U7) und U Hermannplatz (U7+U8) sind in 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Diverse Busse sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten von Diskounter bis Biomarkt findet man in nächster Umgebung. Die Wohnung orientiert sich zum Hof.
